2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or under different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Deposits originating from payment methods that do not match your registered identity will be refunded and may trigger a KYC review.
5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit transfer is initiated but does not credit to your ari69 account within 30 minutes, you must contact ari69 customer support via Live Chat with your transfer receipt as evidence. ari69 will investigate and resolve confirmed discrepancies within 24 hours.

6.3 Processing Hours and Speed. Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 23:00 WIB are processed within 5 to 15 minutes under standard operating conditions. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
6.4 Wagering Requirement on Deposits. To protect the integrity of the Platform and prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement applies to real-money deposits. Additional wagering requirements apply separately to Bonus Funds as described in Section 7.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. ari69 does not charge any fees on standard withdrawals. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply inbound transfer fees independently; ari69 has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party charges.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time window will result in automatic expiry and removal of remaining Bonus Funds.
7.3 One Bonus Per Person. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. ari69 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — is detected.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. 7.5 ari69's Discretion. ari69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to decline to award a bonus to any Member at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value outside the Platform.
8.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets — including football (bandar bola — football betting markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), voor bola (Asian handicap) lines, badminton, MotoGP, esports, and all other listed markets — are subject to ari69's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference. 12.3 Excluded Losses. ari69 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data; (b) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from reliance on any information displayed on the Platform; (d) losses caused by events outside ari69's reasonable control including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
12.4 Member Responsibility. Members are solely responsible for the tax implications of their winnings in their respective jurisdictions. ari69 does not provide tax advice and will not be liable for any tax obligations arising from a Member's use of the Platform.
13.1 By ari69. ari69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ari69 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) ari69 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) ari69 determines that continuing to provide services to the Member poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to the Platform.
13.2 Return of Funds on Termination. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus amounts and amounts under investigation) will be returned to the Member via the most recently used verified withdrawal method within 10 business days.
13.3 By the Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting ari69 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal account, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
14.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which ari69 holds its operating licence. ari69 is licensed and regulated internationally as a provider of online betting services.
